Refund Policy

📅 Effective Date: January 1, 2026
🔄 Last Updated: January 1, 2026
🏢 Company: OfferHubBounty

Overview: This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which advertisers may request refunds for campaign spend and how publisher earning disputes are handled. As a performance marketing network, our refund terms reflect the nature of digital advertising where certain costs are non-recoverable once traffic has been delivered. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

01 Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Advertisers who have deposited funds for campaign distribution through OfferHubBounty
  • Publishers who dispute the accuracy of conversion records or payout calculations

This policy does not apply to end-consumers who have interacted with advertiser campaigns. End-consumers should contact the advertiser brand directly for product or service refunds. OfferHubBounty is a campaign distribution intermediary and is not responsible for advertiser products or services.

02 Advertiser Refunds — Campaign Deposits

2.1 Unspent Budget

Advertisers who have pre-funded their campaign account may request a refund of unspent balance under the following conditions:

  • The campaign has been paused or terminated with remaining unspent budget
  • The refund request is submitted within 60 days of the last campaign activity
  • The account is in good standing with no outstanding fraud investigations
  • All publisher conversions from the campaign period have cleared the validation window

Refund amount: Unspent deposit minus any applicable platform fees and processing charges. A processing fee of up to 5% may apply to refunded amounts to cover payment gateway costs.

2.2 Campaign Setup Fees

Any one-time campaign setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the campaign has been activated and publishers have begun promotion.

2.3 Minimum Spend Requirements

Some campaign types have minimum spend commitments agreed at the time of setup. Refunds on pre-agreed minimum spend commitments are not available once the campaign period has begun.

03 Advertiser Refunds — Invalid Conversions

3.1 Conversion Dispute Window

Advertisers may dispute conversions they believe are invalid within the designated dispute window, which is specified per campaign (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of conversion). Disputes submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

3.2 Valid Grounds for Disputing Conversions

Advertisers may dispute conversions on the following grounds:

  • Duplicate conversions — the same user converted multiple times within an excluded window
  • Invalid leads — lead data is demonstrably fake, incomplete, or does not meet agreed quality criteria
  • Geographic violations — traffic originated from GEOs explicitly excluded from the campaign
  • Prohibited traffic type — traffic came from a source type not approved in the campaign terms

3.3 Invalid Dispute Grounds

The following are not valid grounds for disputing conversions:

  • Low lead quality based on subjective sales team assessment without data
  • Leads that did not convert further down the sales funnel
  • Dissatisfaction with campaign ROI that is not due to a policy violation
  • Retroactive changes to targeting requirements after conversions have occurred

04 Publisher Earning Disputes

4.1 Dispute Window

Publishers who believe their earnings have been incorrectly calculated must raise a dispute within 14 days of the relevant payment date or statement period.

4.2 Valid Grounds for Publisher Disputes

  • Conversions that were recorded in the tracking system but not included in the payout calculation
  • Incorrect payout rate applied compared to the agreed campaign terms
  • Payment not received within 7 business days of the scheduled payment date
  • Currency conversion error in cross-currency payments

4.3 Publisher Dispute Process

To raise an earning dispute, publishers must submit a formal dispute request via email to disputes@offerhubbounty.com including: account username, campaign name, date range in question, tracking data screenshots, and a description of the discrepancy. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

Note: OfferHubBounty's tracking system records are the primary reference for all earnings calculations. Publishers are encouraged to maintain their own tracking records and report discrepancies promptly.

05 Fraud-Related Chargebacks

If fraudulent activity is confirmed on a publisher account, OfferHubBounty reserves the right to:

  • Reverse commissions paid for fraudulent conversions
  • Deduct fraudulent earnings from future payouts
  • Seek recovery of previously paid commissions via legal means if necessary

For advertisers, if fraudulent publisher traffic is identified after payment has been made, OfferHubBounty will credit the advertiser's account for confirmed fraudulent conversions in the subsequent billing period. Cash refunds for fraud-related claims are evaluated case-by-case.

06 Dispute Resolution Process

All refund and dispute requests follow this process:

  1. Submission: Submit your request in writing to the appropriate email with full supporting documentation
  2. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  3. Investigation: Our team reviews tracking data, campaign logs, and relevant records (up to 10 business days)
  4. Decision: A written decision will be issued with reasoning. Approved claims are processed within the timelines in Section 8
  5. Appeal: If you disagree with the decision, you may appeal in writing within 7 days with additional evidence

07 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Campaign spend that has been delivered as impressions, clicks, or traffic to advertiser landing pages
  • Platform or account setup fees
  • Payment processing and gateway fees
  • Subscriptions or SaaS fees for dashboard access (where applicable)
  • Any amounts subject to an active fraud investigation
  • Refund requests submitted after the applicable dispute window has closed

Digital advertising spend is largely non-reversible once traffic has been delivered. We strongly recommend starting with smaller test budgets before scaling campaigns.

08 Refund Processing & Timelines

Once a refund is approved:

  • Account credit: Applied within 2–3 business days
  • Bank wire transfer: 5–10 business days depending on destination country
  • PayPal / Payoneer: 3–5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 1–3 business days (subject to network conditions)

Refunds are issued in USD unless otherwise agreed. Currency conversion fees and international transfer charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

09 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting OfferHubBounty to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. If an unjustified chargeback is filed:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All pending publisher payouts may be held pending resolution
  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus administrative costs
  • Repeat chargeback behaviour may result in permanent account termination

We encourage all users to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and without the need for chargebacks.
